• High Occupancy (80-100%): July and August (summer, beach). Easter Week and the months of June and September (ideal climate, festivals like Jazz Festival) also see very high demand.

• Medium Occupancy (50-80%): May, October, and bank holiday weekends throughout the rest of the year. These are excellent times to visit with good weather and fewer crowds.
